Rationality vs. Morality

Are wrong things ever rational?

At first glance of the whole pie, it may seem to potray that immoral actions are irrational as they invoke negative consequences. But does this stand true in the face of all situations and conditions?

While this question indeed holds true for some cases and in certain circumstances, I am of the general opinion that wrong things are rational. Imagine cheating in a test. The prospect of being able to escape from potential consequences with a 100%, guaranteed, improvement in academic indubitably sounds appealing.
